Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans
- 1 bell pepper
- 4 - 5 carrots
- 1 medium onion
- Juice of one lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley
- Cayenne
- ⅓ cup sprouts, any kind
Green Bean Toss:
Slice green beans, peppers, carrots and onion in long, thin, julienne slices.
Steam for 10 minutes or until tender.
Toss with the lemon juice, olive oil, cayenne and sprouts.
Chill.
Garnish with freshly cut parsley to serve.
