Ingredients
- The sky is the limit for ingredients in this dish, a great recipe to use up leftover vegetables!
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup snow peas
- 3 carrots
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 red pepper
- 1 cup bok choy
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 6 pieces kelp seaweed
- 1 small sweet onion
- 1 cup soaked sunflower seeds
- ΒΌ cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Asian Veggie Toss:
Slice green beans, snow peas, carrot, celery, red pepper, bok choy, zucchini, kelp and onion into very thin and long slices. Toss together with sunflower seeds, cilantro, ginger and olive oil mixing well.
