Ingredients
- 3-4 cups mixed greens of any kind
- Sprouts, any kind
- 1 stalk broccoli - thinly sliced
- ½ apple, any kind
- 1 tbsp soaked raw sunflower seeds
- Dulse or kelp to taste
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1-2 teaspoons Apple cider vinegar or to taste
Broccoli Apple Salad
Toss together mixed greens, sprouts, broccoli, apple, sunflower seeds, dulse or kelp, olive oil and apple cider vinegar. Enjoy!
Note: Broccoli stalks include the florets and stem. If the stem is tough you can peel off the outer skin. The inner stem will be tender and delicious.
