Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes
- ½ cucumber, peeled
- ½ yellow pepper
- ¼ cup red onion
- ½ cup zucchini
- ½ cup AVM Broth
- Garlic and cayenne to taste
Fresh Gazpacho Recipe:
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Mix until desired consistency.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
