Ingredients
- Organic Mixed Greens - 6 servings
- 4 - 5 dried figs
- ½ small red onion
- ½ cup soaked sunflower seeds
- ½ cup soaked almonds
- ⅓ cup shredded raw coconut
Mixed Greens Salad with Figs
Rinse the salad greens, spin or pat dry between paper towels. Coarsely chop figs, thinly slice the onion, coarsely chop the sunflower seeds and almonds.
Mix greens, figs and onions in salad bowl and toss with dressing of your choice (olive oil and organic raw balsamic vinegar is tasty) until evenly coated.
Sprinkle with nuts, seeds and coconut.
