Ingredients
- ⅓ cup hazelnuts, sprouted, chopped
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Zest of 1 orange
- 5 tbsp orange juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 - 4 cups quinoa, cooked
- 4 green onions
- 2 cups snow peas, washed, ends snapped
- ⅓ cup fresh dill, chopped
Quinoa with Snow Peas and Orange:
Combine oil, vinegar, zest, orange juice, minced garlic and whisk well.
Steam snow peas for 3 minutes.
Add quinoa, green onion, peas, sprouted hazelnuts and dill to bowl and gently toss.
